INVITATION OF SEALED QUOTATION
The Dzongkhag Tender Committee, Trashi Yangtse is pleased to invite sealed BIDS from interested and eligible Bhutanese agency/suppliers having valid trade licence for the following office supplies and services for the financial year 2010-2011 as detailed below:

Complete set of bidding documents with terms & conditions is available in A/c section upon payment of Nu. 250/- (non-refundable) from 23rd of July 2010 to 23rd of August 2010.
The tender will be opened on 24th of August, 2010 at 2.00 PM in the presence of interested bidders. The earnest money as indicated above in the form of demand draft/cash warrant drawn in favour of Dasho Dzongdag, Trashi Yangtse should be submitted along with tender on or before 23rd August 2010 till 2.00 PM.
