The 5th Dzongkhag Tshogdu of the 3rd local Government was conducted on march 12,2024. The session was mainly held to discussed the agenda items received through Gewog Tshogdes and among others to endrosed the plans and programs of the Dzongkhag for the financial year 2024-2025.
