The project construction of common facility center for traditional handmade paper making at Yangtse Town was inaugurated by Mr.Kenko Sone, Minister(Economic & Development), Embassy of Japan in India with Dasho Thuji Tshering, Dzongdag on 12th April,2019.
The approved budget for the project was Nu.4.69 million which was funded by Grassroot Grant Project, Japan and it was completed on 28th February, 2019.
