Trashi Yangtse Rabdey, led by Lam Neten, presided over the Trelda Tsechu by organizing a one-day Tshokor at Dongtir Dzong. Dasho Dzongdag, Sector Heads, and other devotees attended the event to pay their homage to Guru Rimpoche and seek his blessings.
